This travel package is organised for Yoga and Pilates teachers or anyone interested in joining groups for meditative journeys. The teacher does not come at any extra cost. His/ her only task is to give meditation lessons to the students in full contact with nature, among olive trees and ancient trees.
There are those who come to Salento to enjoy its scenic beauty, its sea and culture. There are those who love to discover the local food scene and its myriad special features. Then there are also those who choose the wonderful scenery of the heel of Italy for fascinating experiences and exciting meditative and self-awareness journeys.
Here, meditation activities take place in full immersion with nature, amongst ancient olive trees and the splendid Mediterranean vegetation that distinguishes this corner of Puglia.
Yoga retreats (for a holiday dedicated to inner well-being), ten minutes from Lecce and twenty minutes from the Otranto Sea, in a 10-hectare estate that offers eco-friendly rooms in a late 18th century farmhouse, offering Mediterranean cuisine made with produce taken directly from the hotel’s organic vegetable garden.
Wake up amongst the thousand-year-old olive trees immersed in the colours of Nature’s opaque green surroundings, feast on fruit and organic foods for breakfast. Indulge in the atmosphere of a day in which every hour is only defined by the search for well-being.
Arrival in Apt Brindisi.
The shuttle service will take you to the location for check-in and room assignment. Depending on your time of arrival we will decide whether or not to start the first lesson. Dinner at the estate.

The session will be followed with a nutritious and hearty brunch prepared with locally sourced organic produce.

A brief moment of relaxation…
In the early afternoon, a day by the sea. You will go by shuttle to the Adriatic Coast to spend a few hours on a bathing establishment followed by a walk and free visit to Otranto.
Dinner will be served at the location.

Visit to the Hypogeum Oil Mill with the guide including a tasting tour of some typical Salento products (organic oil and DOP wine).
The oil mill, during 2017, was the subject of an innovative “technological restoration”:
Visitors will be able to experience a three-dimensional elaboration of some of the production systems and equipment that are no longer in use, through the use of tablets with the aim of virtually and graphically restoring the ancient production facility and illustrating all the processing phases present. Contextually, the creation of a platform for remote and on-site use that allows, through five high-definition spherical photographic panoramas, the virtual visit of all the hypogeal environments. The user, facilitated by a simple and intuitive interface, can through specific links view additional complementary contents, such as floor plans, sections, elevations, of the property in question.
What has been created can be used on the web or on devices with an Android or iOS system. Furthermore, the use from a smartphone allows viewing with 3D viewers offering an immersive experience of great impact.

Relaxation moment to devote yourself to reading a book or a massage at the Wellness Center of the location.

The shuttle service will take you to Lecce where, a Specialised Tourist guide, authorised by the Puglia Region, will take you on a tour of the city.

Dinner at the estate
Depending on the time of departure we will decide whether or not to do the session. A shuttle service will accompany you to Brindisi Airport for the return home…
