Our travel packages are aimed at professionals or anyone interested in teaching Yoga / Pilates. To those who manage gyms, schools etc., who would like to interact with their group in a cultural, culinary, meditative and even fun way in one of the most beautiful places in Puglia.

There are those who come to Salento to enjoy its scenic beauty, its sea and culture. There are those who love to discover the local food scene and its myriad special features. Then, there are also those who choose the wonderful scenery of the heel of Italy for fascinating experiences and exciting meditative and self-awareness journeys.
Here, meditation activities take place in full immersion with nature, amongst ancient olive trees and the splendid Mediterranean vegetation that distinguishes this corner of Puglia.
Arrival at Brindisi Airport.
The shuttle service will take you to the location for check-in and room assignment. Planned activities depending on arrival time. Dinner at the estate.
After breakfast, departure for Gallipoli, also known as the Pearl of the Ionian Sea. Visit the city, the historical centre, the streets of artisan shops and the fish market. A guided tour to the Frantoio Ipogeo to taste organic olive oil and typical Salento products in the historical centre.
For lunch we have booked a table at a restaurant facing the sea, fish menu includes drinks, mineral water and wine from Salento. In the afternoon, we advise you to go to the beach and have a relaxing swim in the emerald green sea of Gallipoli.
Electric bike excursion.
Duration 4/5 hrs.
With this fascinating naturalistic excursion we will discover the wonderful village of Acaya with its Castle and natural WWF Reserve oasis of Cesine. We will drive to discover the treasures of Acaya accompanied by our local hiking and naturalistic guides.
Breakfast at the farmhouse and transfer to Otranto for a guided tour of the medieval city. Discovering its imposing walls and towering Romanesque cathedral…. world famous mosaic work.
On board the characteristic boats you can take morning or afternoon guided tours along the beautiful coast, which include: visit to the caves (Palombara, Azzurra and Zinsulusa cave) stops for swimming in suggestive inlets (Porto Miggiano, Romanelli Bay, sulphurous waters of Santa Cesarea Terme)
A day dedicated to a guided tour of Alberobello, a small town in Apulia that overlooks the Itria Valley with its typical Trulli dwellings, famous for its typical “fornelli” grilled meat dishes. Its historic centre is rich in churches and buildings. For lunch we have booked a table at a Trullo restaurant in the centre followed by a guided tour of Alberobello.
In the afternoon, we will continue with a guided tour of Ostuni called the “White City” due to the whiteness of the houses that make up its ancient centre, a true example of Mediterranean architecture. Characterised by narrow and winding streets that lead to the majestic late Romanesque Gothic style Cathedral.
A guided tour of Lecce featuring visits to the majestic cathedral complex, the church of Santa Croce and Saint Orontius Square with its grand remains of a Roman amphitheatre. Sightseeing and shopping with a stop by a traditional papier mâché workshop. Dinner at the farmhouse restaurant.
A shuttle service will accompany you to Brindisi Airport for the return home…
