Tour include

• Shuttle transfer to and from Brindisi airport.
• 7 nights in Vecchia Fabbrica Apartments (Offer Valid for all Summer long).
• Car Rental for the whole period, with delivery and pick up service. Additional driver cover included in the rental contract, this means that the car can be driven by two licensed drivers without any additional cost.
• Boat trip to Torre Pali, 4h00, with stops for a swim and Aperitif and visit the caves of SM Leuca.
• Guided tour of the city of Matera with a tourist guide in English + Lunch including drinks in a typical restaurant in the historical center of Matera and tasting of typical products in the afternoon + Entrance tickets to churches.
• Audio guide in English of Lecce and Otranto downloadable on your Smartphone.
• Entrance tickets to two churches of Lecce included: “Duomo and Santa Croce”.
• Lunch in a Gallipoli Seafront Restaurant, Fish menu including drinks.
• Visit of the Hypogeum Oil Mill + tasting of typical Salento products, organic olive oil.
• Umbrellas and sun-beds in Alimini.
• Boat trip to Castro with visit to the caves and swimming stop.

Tour does not include

• Any entrance fees to Museums, Churches or other, not specified in the Tour Includes list.
• Eventual tourist tax.
• Everything not included in “the tour includes”.   
• Medical/Luggage Insurance; (on request).

Orders and payments
The process of purchasing services is done through the WooCommerce platform, with payment by bank transfer or credit card through Stripe or Paypal.
The deposit by credit card through Stripe will be paid by Puglia Exploration as a deposit to confirm the reservation.

Invoicing
The invoice for the deposit will be sent within 7 working days from the date of purchase with the personal data provided during the purchase by Puglia Exploration or Salento e Sviluppo S.n.c (depending on the form of payment). The invoice for the balance will be sent within 7 working days from the date of purchase with the personal data provided during the purchase by Tour Operator Salento e Sviluppo S.n.c.
Right of Withdrawal
To confirm the reservation is required to customers a deposit equal to 20-30% of the package.
In case of cancellation you can withdraw from the purchase and if it occurs 30 days before, you make 100% of the refund.
If it happens after that date will be retained 25% of the deposit. If the cancellation occurs 7 days before the Event, the penalty fee is 100%.
In case of a lockdown related to Covid-19, you will be refunded in full.
The remainder of the amount must be paid within 20 days before the start of the package. Otherwise, the deposit will be retained.
